Return Policy

We hope you love your Maxine Yachtwear piece.  Should you wish to make a return, we accept elegible items within 15vdays of delivery.

Items may be returned for a refund, echange, or store credit, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags, package and protective liners attached.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear that shows signs of wear or is returned without its package or original protective liner cannot be accepted.

Original shipping charges are non refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsability of the customer.  We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Maxine Yachtwear is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed accordingly.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or echange.
